Small Changes to Upgrade Your Life

Exercise daily. Do any form of exercise that you love or take a 20 minute walk outside. Just get your body moving at some point each day.

Prioritize your sleep. Get at least 7-8 hours of well rested sleep every night.

Fill your life with positive energy. Surround yourself with people who uplift & inspire you to be a better person.

Fuel your body. Eat foods that give you energy & make you feel good (eat more vegetables & whole foods). But don’t restrict yourself from your favorite treats!

Tidy up. Keep your space organized to help calm your head. Clean up before bed every night for a fresh start to your day tomorrow.

Write it down. Journal about your goals, thoughts, & feelings. Get all your thoughts out on to paper to clear your head.

Commit to your goals. Work towards your goals each day, even if it’s tiny steps! It will make a difference. Write them somewhere so you can see them everyday.

Social media cleanse. Follow accounts who inspire you & make you feel better after you see their posts. Remove accounts that make you feel jealous or overwhelmed.
